Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should not have any stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

You will be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Supporting images/videos (if applicable)

  • Return pickup availability depends on your location.
  • In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel.
