• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.
• No minimum purchase value is required to avail free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Pebble & Play will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping such orders.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
